The Advisory covers M&A situations, (equity) capital raising for start-ups and growing or mature companies, debt arranging, and corporate finance / strategy performance consulting. The Investment arm organises and manages investment clubs of individual investors or families by searching for specified targets, transaction execution, and active ownership management.
